ProjectX Terms of Use & User Agreement

Effective Date: September 25, 2026

Welcome to ProjectX. By accessing or using our AI-powered expense logging automation service via Telegram, you agree to be bound by this Terms of Use & User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

1. Description of Service

ProjectX provides an automated expense logging and bookkeeping service that converts unstructured user inputs into organized transaction records.

  • AI & Processing: Inputs are evaluated via third-party automation engines and generative AI models to extract and categorize expense details.

  •  Input Channels: Users submit data via Telegram by sending unstructured text notes, receipt photos, e-wallet screenshots (e.g., KBZPay, AYAPay), or cropped bank and credit card statements.

  • Expense Categories: Transactions are automatically mapped to preset categories: Food & Drinks, Health & Personal Care, Entertainment, Bills & Utilities, Shopping, Transport, and Other.

  • Currency Support: ProjectX currently supports transactions formatted in MMK (Myanmar Kyat) only.

2. User Accounts & Privacy Protections

  • Anonymous Identifiers: To prevent tracking and data profiling, ProjectX identifies your account using your Telegram User ID and an assigned randomized NanoID (e.g., HJ2M8A⁠).

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining control over the Telegram account used to interact with ProjectX. Any transaction submitted through your Telegram account will be charged against your credit balance.

3. Usage Limits, Credits, & Payment Terms

  • Credit System: ProjectX operates on a prepaid credit system where 1 processed transaction consumes 1 credit.
  • Pricing: Additional credits are available for purchase at 450 MMK per credit.
  • Service Pause: When your credit balance reaches zero (0), automated expense logging will pause until additional credits are purchased.
  • ​Refund Policy: Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased, unless required by applicable law.

4. Data Rules & Ledger Maintenance

ProjectX appends extracted transaction entries into your connected private database (such as Google Sheets or Notion). To maintain automation stability:

  •  Allowed Entry Corrections: You are permitted to edit specific transaction entry details (such as changing the transaction date, description, amount, or category) or delete incorrect transaction rows.

  • Prohibited Layout Edits: You must not edit, delete, or modify any structural elements of your ledger layout, including table columns, header rows, or system formulas. Modifying structure may break the automated sync engine.

  • No Centralized Retention: ProjectX operates strictly as an automation bridge and does not maintain a permanent centralized transaction vault of your financial logs or uploaded receipt images.

5. Content Submissions & Privacy Disclaimer

  • User Data Ownership: All financial entries, expense logs, and receipts images submitted to Telegram channel or saved into your private database (Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, Odoo) belong exclusively to you.
  • Redaction Recommendation: You are strongly advised to crop receipts photos or blur out sensitive non-transaction details (including but not limited to personal ID, account balances) prior to uploading.
  • Third-Party AI Models: Extraction relies on sub-processors (including but not limited to Google Gemini AI, OpenAI, n8n, Zapier). By using the service, you authorize transmission of input text/images to these services solely for execution under non-training enterprise API terms.
  • Prohibited Content: User are required to use ProjectX strictly for lawful personal or organizational financial tracking. You shall not:
    • Submit fraudulent, illicit, malicious, or unauthorized financial receipts, harmful code, or automated spam to the Telegram bot.
    • Resell, white-label, or redistribute access to ProjectX without prior written agreement from NAWA Tech.

6. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

  • All rights, title, and interest in ProjectX, including workflow automation code, visual branding, logo assets, system architecture, and website content on www.projectxpense.com, remain the exclusive intellectual property of Nawa Tech (NAWA Co., Ltd.).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nawa Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of financial data or accounting discrepancies. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nawa Tech (NAWA Co., Ltd.) from claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the automation channel.

 

ProjectX relies on external infrastructures including Telegram, Google, Notion and third-party API and automation services. ProjectX is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party downtime. AI data extraction is provided on an "as-is" basis. While the third-party AI deliver high precision, ProjectX does not guarantee 100% accuracy on damaged, blurry, or ambiguous receipt images. User remain responsible for reviewing and verifying logged entries in their ledger.

8. Termination & Governing Law

NAWA Co., Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate ProjectX services, or your access to the service, at any time for any reason. In the event of termination by NAWA Co., Ltd., a prorated refund will be issued for any remaining unused credits or prepaid subscription balances, except in cases where access is terminated due to a violation of our Acceptable Use policies. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
